So Full of Yourself
Hallo, cuties, from lil’ travels with loved ones!
Tomorrow, a cute new home to rest in for the month, in a cute new city, a few minutes from a cute lil’ market. It is a beautiful thing, to live This Life.

Today, a thought on imposter syndrome.
I’ve always hated the idea of “fake it till you make it”. All possible benefits aside (of having goalposts, worthy idols, structures for success, etc.), what is worth the opportunity cost of our own intuitions?
I say - screw imposter syndrome. The alternative? Lean into being Full of Yourself.
The OpRah-a-ing continues with a wonderful quote I heard her share, inspired by Maya Angelou’s Phenomenal Woman:
‘When you see me coming, it ought to make you proud-’ because what you see is a woman so full, I’m overflowing with enough to share with everyone else.
We often equate the idea of being “full of oneself” with being full of ego or arrogance. That’s not what interests me.
What interests me is at the core of truly feeling full - a sense of awe of and appreciation for what the world has to offer and teach us (with changing lessons across cultures), and a deep sense of gratitude about the gifts that we get to share with that very same world.
The kind of fullness that ensues is a deep and quiet confidence that overflows to the spaces around us and back into us, in a way that ego or arrogance never could. It’s a fuel that fills us with curiosity, appreciation and desire to grow despite and through fear, in ways that fear alone would paralyze.
What ensues is a kind of full-of-it-ness that embraces and overflows towards life, rather than one that shields from it. And that is a kind of fullness that opens us up to life’s possibilities way more intensely, and immediately, than any flavour of imposter syndrome ever could.
This week, despite your fears - how will you work at being full?
Much <3,
Raha

PS: Not sure where to start? One of the core projects I’ve been working on has been with some lovely clients over the past months, to examine their Unique Why (a combination of deepest values, strengths, desires for impact, and fears)- in order to shape a roadmap for a career and life that lights them up.
It ain’t easy. But! Laughs, rigorous truths, and tailored/ actionable insights guaranteed.
